Well, that seems a bit excessive calling to me personally. You did not mention any circumstances that may help to explain this although. Are both kids healthy, on their own, not in jail etc. If there are no major problems I would definitely say this is excessive phone calling and he may need to come to terms as to why he does this and explain this to you – honestly.
