I am sure it will be hard to end it with this guy but it will not get any better. It is ridiculous to think you can be friends with guys. It is a slippery slope to spend times with the opposite sex, particularly if you are having problems. This guy sounds inconsiderate and it is his responsibility to make you feel comfortable with the situation you two have developed. You are too young to be living with someone. Keep him as a boyfriend and move out.
