so my GM and i have a thing for each other. He was the first to blurt out the i want a relationship but since he is my GM. That can’t happen. We have occasionally hung out after work. we make out every time we do. He even admitted our chemistry is intense, but due to our jobs relationship can’t happen. I asked him to transfer me and he said that’s definitely possible. We spent thursday together at a hotel, cuddled up all night, talked about literally everything. Next day i got in a car accident, of course he was worried for me. I kept him updated as i was in the hospital, yet, he was cheering me up since i was very sad about it. That was the last time i talked to him. That same week he was on vacay so i left it alone until last night i shot him a text saying “damn, jord you forget about me that quickly?” no reply but he still checked my snapchats. So i know he’s ignoring me. My question is why? when that night at the hotel he told me to not let him push me away, but how is that possible… i feel like i am always myself who reels me in. we also slept in our undergarments like an old married couple LOL. that night was perfect. now i am just so confused. Since i work with him and he is my GM i think i want to ignore him and just be casual with him at work. My feelings are so CONFUSED, help.

When a guy wants to date you, he will. That’s the bottom line, and it’s how you get out of your confusion. The two of you spent a night together in a hotel, but since then, he’s gone off and lived his own life and hasn’t really given you the kind of attention that a guy who wants to date you, will. I know this is probably disappointing, but it would be a shame if you wasted your time worrying, wondering, acting confused and shutting yourself off from other dating options — because you want him to ask you out and he isn’t. My advice is to play the field and look elsewhere for love. It’s very easy to crush on someone you work with because you see them so often and you see them in a good light — but if he’s not reciprocating your feelings with actions that show his interest, then protect yourself and move on. You can still flirt with him, but don’t invest too much in the relationship.

I know that’s disappointing, but I hope it helps in the bigger picture. 😉
