Ex-Girlfriend Accidently Texting Me?

Dear April,
So my girlfriend broke up with me for time and said she just has too much stress in her life and can’t have a boyfriend holding her back right now. Personally, I think that it is the couple of medicines that she is on that is making her confused and depressed. Anyways, she broke up with me last Friday and it was very rough. She said that there might be a chance for us in the future, she said give it a couple months, but I guess she just felt hindered at the fact that she couldn’t go out with her friends, which i was TOTALLY fine with and I told her that numerous times. So anyways, now to my point. She texted me Saturday night and asked me what I was doing. Almost directly after that she texted me back saying sorry that wasn’t meant to go to you. I didn’t text her back and haven’t talked to her since she broke up with me. A couple girls told me that that is a way for her to trick me and make sure that I was still there and try to talk to me. So I am asking you this. Do you think she meant to do that or do you think she truly accidentally texted me. I know this sounds like a stupid question, but if she wants to talk to me I don’t want to drive her away because I still want to be with her. Should I text or call her back? Or is it too late and should I just wait for her to make contact again? So I am just looking for your imput. Thank you!
