Is it possible for a liar to change their behavior? Is their professional help available? I’m talking about someone who has lied their entire life. Not little white lies, but bold face lies. This person is someone who is very well liked by just about everyone who meets them, but almost seems to lie, or stretch the truth without even thinking about it. They have broken down, and admitted they need help. They seem to really want to get help, and do what they can to help mend relationships that have been strained. The person has been cornered by family members who told them that they will stand by them, and be there, but help is needed. Is a liar always going to be a liar, or can they change if they is what they truly want?
