well im deff not april and cant give the best advice that she gives. but i will say that one of my girlfriends boyfriend kept saying he was loosing $ all the time. and she couldnt figure out where it kept going. finally out of know where he proposed to her. and that explained everything. and if thats not the case maybe you asking him is making him feel like its a job for him to get u a ring, instead of him enjoying getting u one. maybe he wants it to be a complete surprise, but ur asking, is making it harder for him to surprise you. so just hold tight and let it happen.
