My boyfriend has a female friend that I have never met. This friend is also sleeps with married men and cheats on her boyfriend constantly. I have asked if he had slept with her prior to meeting me because she calls him non stop. Of course he denied it but a woman doesnt call a man as many times as she does to talk about the latest gossip. Whats worse is that he never answers her calls when he is around me but in looking at his phone talks to her when we are not together. I have told him what it looks like and he said he wouldnt do it anymore but it continues….whats going on?

I’m going to be straight up with you. It doesn’t sound healthy.

Let’s say he isn’t doing anything wrong (best case scenario), this sort of thing isn’t conducive to a long and healthy relationship. The depth of their relationship “may” only be platonic, but it sounds very deep regardless.

I’m a guy, and I can’t imagine trying to have a serious relationship with a woman while entertaining a close friend who calls me all the time and the bad habits with men that you mentioned.

Like I said, it doesn’t sound healthy. And maybe you should let him know that you’re growing uncomfortable with it. But, it’s your call…

    Hope this helps.

Please do not post the same question multiple times. I’ve already answered your post.

Sometimes people project their feelings onto me. I’m sure the person who posted the nasty comment wasn’t really mad at me, but instead, took her feelings about her relationship out on me. It happens!
