I’m not sure what to say, or how to approach this guy I like. He is very studious but also always seems to be with his friends. We have one or two mutual friends, but they never hang out with each other at school. He’s very sweet and we are in the same social justice club, so there is a posiblity of talking to him there, but like I said, I don’t know what to say to him to spark a flirty conversation. Any advice you can offer would be helpful, thanks so much. 🙂

You sound like me when I was single. No idea on how to approach a guy you like. 🙂

I don’t think that the first time has to be necessarily flirty. Perhaps the second or third time. Just say hi to him whenever you run into him, ask him how he is and see if whatever his replies are will lead on to another conversation. Try to see if there’s something in common you can talk about – favorite sports teams, or things about the club you two are in. I think that’s a start. Show him you’re interested but don’t make it so that he’ll run off or something. Start something small. When he’s with his friends, include his friends.

If you want to be flirty after the initial conversation, you can always tease him. I used to do that to guys I liked. The important thing is to be yourself.

    Hope it helps.

You need to buy and read Think & Date Like A Man, http://www.askapril.com/relationship-dating-advice/think-and-date-like-a-man.html, so you can read about how to flirt and use body language to let him know you’re interested! There is a wonderful art to flirting and it’s a powerful tool.

Get the book at the link above or you can buy it on the websites for Amazon or Barnes & Noble!

Thanks a lot..I try bump into him (without it being creepy, lol) but he always has people around him. I like to think I’m a pretty confident person, However, it’s difficult to approach a group of guys you half know and say hi. I’m guessing I’ll just have to wait for an opportunity where it’s just us two. Thanks a bunch, I value your advice 🙂

I promise that Think & Date Like A Man will show you techniques to get his attention WITHOUT your having to go into his group of friends and awkwardly try to start something. Get the book! http://www.askapril.com/relationship-dating-advice/think-and-date-like-a-man.html. 😉
