You’ve got a deal breaker on your hands, for sure! 😕 Unfortunately, the nine year old is his child and if he’s not willing to discipline or set boundaries with this child, he’s in for a bumpy ride, and sadly, so is the child. I trust you’ve already discussed this with your boyfriend and he’s decided not to change his parenting, so I think the best thing for you to do is exit gracefully.
