The reasons why are:
1. You shouldn’t be in a relationship where the fighting escalates and becomes chronic. Fighting regularly for a year and a half isn’t a good sign that you’re in a healthy situation.
2. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice yourself for the sake of keeping the peace — especially when it’s not working!
Look for a man with whom you don’t fight. And look at your part in the fights and see if there are places where you can take responsibility and make changes.
