I think it’s both as well. I truly believe you need to ‘follow the signs’ when dating. If it seems the world is trying to keep you apart, listen to it. If it seems that everything seems to ‘opening up’ for you, you need to pay attention. But in the end, if one of you decide it’s just not right, you or they make a choice on whether or not to stay in the relationship and let it grow.
