I think you should try to contact him and ask him if you can have the photos back, or ask him to agree not to post the photos. I imagine they’re nude photos or some type of sexy images you don’t want to become public. You can always retain an attorney and ask for his help in this situation.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I also think that you should try to get the photos back from him. I’ve read about a problem like that.
Maybe you can get other advices there, which will help you.

It is a shame that someone would stoop so low as to take something personal and private to hurt someone they loved once before. IF they did share personal memories (sexually themed photos ) with strangers on the internet that is a pretty low and juvenile blow.

I would try to contact him and ask respectfully ask for the photo’s back so you may do what you like with them. If he is a honorable man than he will do as you ask. If he is still a juvenile boy he will not and then I would get a lawyer to step in.

I would also advise you to never take photos like that again unless you are happily married for many years but it is your body and your image and you may choose what you do with it.

Whenever you take risqué photos, and give them to someone else, you run the risk of those photos getting “out there”. Selfies are one thing, but sexy photos can find their way onto social media. Think twice before taking them, and if you do take them, keep good track of them!
