So i work full-time monday thru friday and a part time saturday and sunday. My fiance plays soccer every sunday. He always stays for hours when his game is only one hour. I know he is not cheating on me it just bothers that he cant play his game and come home. We have a yr old daughter and i feel like i always do everything feed her change her he sometimes plays with her and helps bathe her but thats about it. Today he went off with his friends to eat dinner and im home sick with a migraine and a cold and i am just frustrated that on the day i wanted him to be with me to help me he isnt here. Am i so wrong to get mad at him. I work 7 days a week and have to come home and tend to the family. I have a 3 year old from a different relationship and i have to tend to him as well. I am just getting fed up i dont know what to do.

Saintsaxy has some wisdom for you, and I’d like to know a little bit more — like does your fiancee work and contribute to the family coffers? Who takes care of your children when you are at work? Is he at work at the same time you are? Do you receive child support for the three year old from a different father? Is that father involved at all in your three year old’s life?

There seems to be a problem of working out equity in childcare and contributing to the household, so if you tell me more, I can help you more there.

The other problem is that you’re overworked and stressed. Your migraine may be a result of that stress. If it’s not your finacee that’s bugging you, it’s probably going to be someone or something else. That kind of seven day a week work stress is going to find an outlet somewhere, and it sounds like it’s your fiance. Having a one year old and a three year old on top of this is brutal.

So before I answer your question, tell me more and I’ll see what I can say to help you! 😀
