If she finds out that you cheated and hid the information from you, there will be an even worse outcome than if you tell her straight out and risk whatever comes. She may break up with you — or she may be willing to work towards forgiveness — either reaction is understandable depending on who she is, her history, your history together, etc.
Usually when people cheat it’s because there’s a tendency in their own personality to do so, or an underlying problem in the relationship. Try and figure out what’s going on with you that allowed you to cheat so that you can ward off further problems in this area.
