So my boss and I (my boss is 12 years older than me) talk basically every day and I started questioning if maybe there’s an attraction or just harmless flirtation.
What happens is, he’ll come over to where I work, and I’ll pretend to ignore him so he starts to tap on my shoulder until I turn around and sometimes I’ll say “if you keep poking me, I’ll break your finger” and he keeps poking so I grab his finger and try to “bend it back”. This goes on basically everyday.
Sometimes, if he sees me talking to one of the younger guys at work, he’ll come over and start teasing me about the other guy and say I have bad taste in men, and he’s the best looking guy in our workplace.
There also have been times where innuendo is exchanged, but it’s very subtle and rare.
