Okay, so she’s 16 and you’re 18 and she’s not really responding to you…. but it doesn’t sound like you’ve tried very hard. 😉 Try smiling at her, complimenting her and talking to her. If after you try that, she’s still not interested in talking to you, then you should move on and find a young woman who is interested in you. 😉

Sometimes she meets me in school time when i pas there she look me back and back i know she likes me bt she dnt talk to me you advice me wht i talk to her tell her that i love him. And touch her hand and i notice sometime she waits fr me when i pas her home.give my number to her what you say.

Don’t tell her you love her when you don’t know her that well — it will scare her away. 😕 If she likes sports, invite her to some type of sporting event that you can either watch as spectators, or participate in, like horseback riding, swimming or playing tennis. This is a great way to start getting to know her. 😉
