hi april, i’m suresh, i am very much interested in a girl from the same hospital i’m working, she’s a houseofficer who just got appointed. the very first time i saw her it was like some kind of rush which i have not experienced in my whole life. ever since that i’m unable to forget her. i go to the ward she is in daily just to see her for no apparent reason. yesterday i saw her whom i think is her boyfriend. since then it’s like i’m in a episode of rage, frustration and insomnia. i’m a divorcee and i’m afraid to tell her that i’m very much interested in her, the fear of rejection, please help me in any way. thank you. take care.

Try taking smaller steps — starting with flirting. 😎 Smile at her. Make small talk with her. Compliment her. Bring her a coffee in the morning. See what kind of reaction you get, and if she likes you, you’ll have a much better idea that way.

Coming right out and telling someone you don’t know that well, that you like her, can be scary for you and creepy for her. It’s much better to start with a little flirtation and build from there towards a date. 😉
