my ex girlfriend dumped me 7 years ago. And we dont have any contact during these 7 years.

Then recently, she emailed me and ask me how do i do.

Then i asked her to call me but she avoid it.

why?

She’s not really ready for contact. She thought she was, but decided she wasn’t. She also may have wanted just a light exchange, and when you upped the ante by asking her to call, making things more intimate (hearing voices is a lot more intimate than reading words), she backed out of the exchange because she wasn’t ready for that.

But i would like to ask a question . why you say she is not ‘ready’ for contact? Is it really that serious for a person to phone another person? She doesnt need to pay any opportunity cost.

I think she is so bored and randomly email some ex. or maybe she is dumped or hurt by her current boyfriend and then she wants some ex to comfort her.

Thats what i think. dont you think so ?

The bottom line is that the two of you broke up. Why she called or why she isn’t contacting you now, is less important than the fact that the two of you are over. My advice is to not think about this too much and move on. 😉
