You should break up with him and be single for a while. You need to have a healthy life by yourself before you can be in a healthy relationship with someone else. ๐
You also have to start taking better care of yourself so you’re not so depressed. ๐ There are things you can do to that end, for instance, you can exercise regularly, eat well, make sure you have a one coffee or lunch or dinner date with a friend or family member each day, and do things like go shopping, have a hair salon appointment, and other things that will help YOU feel better so you can be part of a couple. ๐
