Appreciate the advice but how do I say “NO” to unwanted attraction when I am approached for small talk, or leering across the room, or special unwanted attention in the work environment? How do I just turn around and say “NO”? It doesn’t seem to fit the circumstances. Appreciate any suggestions you may have.

First of all women do not waste time of men they do not like. She likes you or she would not have gotten in touch with you. She is interested! Hang out with her and see what happens you have nothing to lose. Good luck!
Have you tried counseling or meeting with you pastor/priest? An elder at your church may be able to offer some suggestions as well. As I have found out once a cheater always a cheater the problem doesn’t go away. I wish you the best in trying to find some peace and happiness in your marriage. God Bless!
