There isn’t really any magical way to get a girl.
I’m 20 and I just got my first girlfriend– sometimes patience is the only way.
If you really like this girl you need to make the right time. Or, go the social awkward route like I do and just sort of blurt out “I like you, maybe we could go out later this week(next week, etc.)”
If she says yes, great! If she says no, oh well.
Trial and error and patience are all the advice I can give.
