i met him 9 months ago , he told me after seeing each other he didn,t want a relationship, i am 54 and he is 57 , and i explained to him that i did so i ended up leaving him alone, so after nine month he ask me if he could come over, but he couldn,t do a relationship, i told him i know, i love this man , but when he got got to my my apartment he told me he couldn,t do it anymore he missed me and wanted the relationship that he loved me and he didn,t want me seeing anyone else, but since he left he doesn,t text or call but yesterday he says he,s coming to see me soon, that he is is just busy, it,s been little ove two weeks since i,ve heard anything from him ,should i just come out and ask him about what he want in this relationship cause i am so confused ,

Don’t be confused. He’s being clear. He doesn’t want a long-term, committed relationship with you. If that’s what you want, he’s not the guy to give it to you. My advice is to move on. Stop wasting time with someone who has relationship goals that are very different from yours. 😉
