I was curious to know if a man gives a woman(someone not in his family)perfume what does it mean.

I have had friends tell me that the woman is special to thet man.

What does anybody else think?

Perfume is a lovely gift, and it usually means that the man has spent some time trying to give the woman something that she will enjoy! It’s more personal than chocolates or a silk scarf, but the context is really where the clues lie.
