I sent her this photo and she said 8 and i said oh shit u got it right and she said whattt really and i said yeah and ” Lol is their like a specfic pic u want me to put it as or?” And she said “Ohh ok but we’ll I don’t have any recent pictures of me n my knew hair or shit so just any one not trippin”, is that a sign she likes me because would u let a guy put you as his lock screen if u didnt like him?

She does want to meet. If she didn’t, she would have said she was busy or avoided the question. Saying “sure” is a yes.
When she says she’s boring and shy, that’s not her rejecting you. That’s her being nervous and lowering expectations so she doesn’t feel judged or awkward. A lot of shy people do that when they care and don’t want to mess things up.
You also helped by saying you didn’t need the whole lunch. That probably made her feel more comfortable and less pressured.
Go meet her. Keep it light, relaxed, and friendly. Don’t try to impress her or rush anything. Shy people open up when they feel safe, not when they feel pushed.
I agree with AskApril, if she didn’t want to meet, she would pretend to be busy, but when she said sure, it means she’s also interested in meeting you
Anyway, Valentine’s Day is coming, so you should use this chance wisely. Get her a beautiful gift and plan a nice date for her. I hope she will feel comfortable with you, and her shyness will decrease.
