dear april, i just turned 49 this year , but jumping ahead of myself here, as a child i grew up on the racetrack with racehorses and running in the same crowd was boys. boy #1 bobby we lived on the same street went to school thou k-4 ,worked on the racetrack with our families til about 16 years old, our families moved to other tracks but bobby and i where first loves, as i turned 17 i got married to a jockey named davey boy # 2 ,bobby knew of him ,and still to this day bobby hates davey for stealing me away from him, davey and i where married for 3 years never a bad moment we where just young, well all 3 of us moved on in our lives, davey and i stayed in touch from time to time with a gap of about 10 years, .just this year bobby found me and we meet for the first time in 40 years ,we hit it off well and fell in love again, so i thought ,i loved him to hard and fast and spooked him off now he wont talk to me, meanwhile davey comes around ,he is still on the racetrack now training horses , i have history with both men and davey and i are just as close as when we were married , davey and i are falling in love again but yet at times am thinking of bobby , .so how do you follow a heart thats not sure where too go? any advice you have on what i should do would be great ,,thanks for reading this ,following a confused heart in calif, julie

It sounds like Bobby is not available to you. 😳 So, while you may have regrets about how things played out and you may miss him, he’s just not here for you to date. And, the first rule of dating is don’t waste time on someone who isn’t available. 😉

It sounds like your ex-husband is definitely someone you want to continue dating so you can decide whether or not you want to marry him again or not. And if you’re not sure, don’t do anything drastic. Wait until you are sure.
