So here’s the recap.

I have a page on MySpace for my artwork and add whoever from around the area. When I added him he messaged me and we started chatting. He:
messaged me first
gave me his number and asked for mine
said we should meet up sometime
asked me what I was up to that weekend

When he couldn’t make it that weekend he asked me again when I was free, but his license has been taken away temporarily, so I came over to his house.

We:
hugged when we first met (normal)
hung out in his room just listening to music, watching music videos and doing silly online quizzes (like what school supply are you?)

He:
started grabbing my arm and putting his hand on my knee, etc., shortly after the date began
started holding my hand and squeezing it
cuddled with me
teased me a bit
kissed me on the cheek
told me to stay as long as I could before my mom showed up (I have no car right now)
thanked me for coming over and getting a ride before I had to go
hugged me for a very long time and kissed my cheek before walking me outside
hugged me again outside

THEN HE:
IMed me on Facebook right when I got home to thank me for getting a ride there (he said that was awesome of me) and said how hanging out was good. Then, when he had to go to sleep he said I was wonderful and I told him to sleep tight. He said: “you too xoxo.”

This was on Monday, today is Friday and I know he had to work Tuesday and Thursday and he’s probably still sleeping right now haha.

Sooo… what’s your opinion? Does this sound successful? Does it seem like he’s really into me? Do you think I’ll get a second and third date? I appreciate your help!

From what I read it seems that it was a sucessful date 🙂 he seems the type of romantic guy and i can tell that he is into you but obviously you cant hardly tell from the first date. You seemed to enjoy it too I can see it by the way you wrote :p good luck and ake care 🙂

Update!

He texted me today. We’re going to get together again tomorrow! 🙂

Sounds like you don’t really have a question after all!

But…I want to caution you about internet dating. I would NEVER suggest you go to a boy’s home that you just met on the internet. 😕 While your experience, so far, has been good, the reality is that there are a lot of creeps out there, and you can’t assume that you know someone you’ve only met over the internet — especially for such a short time as you and this boy seem to have.

My suggestion for the future is that you meet at a mutually agreed on public place like a coffee shop or a movie theatre or somewhere else that you might be safe….just in case this guy you’ve never met before and that your friends and family don’t know, turns out to be a creep.

And always tell someone where you’re going to be if you’re on a first date with someone you don’t know except for the internet. I know your mom drove you to his house, and that’s a good thing because she knows where you are and where he lives. But for future, date safe! 🙂
