It sounds like he’s probably nervous around you. He may not call or txt only because he’s afraid to. I know it sounds kind of weird, but some guys have a difficult time breaking out of their comfort zone even if they really like someone.
You may have to ask for his number or ask him out on a date to get things rolling.
