I wanted to give everyone an update on this situation since my last post. This guys flirting has become more intense with me now doing everything under the sun to let me know he is interested in me. He even asked my neighbor about me. We have driven by one another over the past few weeks and he has made more flirting gestures and even saying things and the same thing happens when I am at home if I am outside. It seems like this guy is really trying and most recently when he drove by and saw me he wanted my number. I could go on and on about recent events but I will get to the good part. Sure I flirted back and said a few things but something deep down inside of me said something is not right. So, I laid low made sure I was not outside as often and if he saw me I would go the other way. Same thing with when I would leave to go somewhere, I would make sure I did not go near that construction site. My neighbor told me the other day he was looking for me. Sooooooooooo, the other day one of the workers was driving by and I stopped them to ask about this guy. I did not realize that my friend had gone to the construction site the exact day and talked to this guy in person to see what his deal was with me. So long story short I found out that he is married and has year and a half old child and a few other things from one of the guys he works with. WOW I almost passed out. This guy (whose name I now know and will leave out) told my friend he is married and has a baby and they talked for a long time (which I could care less what they talked about or what this guy said so I wont even write it) and that he did not know who I was even though my friend described me thoroughly and my house and my car but this guy he kept asking questions about me. My friend was thinking what does it matter if you have a wife. This guy lied he knows who I am who’s kidding who. He also told my friend that he says hi to everyone. (That is a complete lie and does he intensely flirt with everyone and want their number and information ………..what a joke) There is something seriously wrong with this guy. On and on I could go but “I wont repeat the things I was thinking when I found all this out what a creep I can’t believe someone would do this. That poor wife of his. My hours for work are changing next month so this creepy guy won’t see me anymore and I wont see him. I just can’t believe that people do things like this. There is a happy ending this week as I went out on a date the other night and met a fantastic man and it was honestly one of the best dates I have ever had. We are both interested in one another and we talk everyday and can’t wait until we go out again. We will see what happens.

Thank you for your feedback. Your website and advice is wonderful. I thought he was giving me signs that he was interested for quite a while now. He still stares and drives by looking at me or for me. He even honked the horn once last week. The other day I was coming home and he was just getting back into his work truck down the street from me and saw me driving by. Once again it was the staring at me. I did look at him but then turned my head. Something inside of me said stop looking nothing is going to come about in this situation. He did walk past my house 2 days last week (I was not outside) and it was the perfect time for him to slip a note in my mailbox or on my car or anywhere but that did not happen. I still asked myself questions the other day ………does he think what I did was stupid….. maybe he does not know it’s me even though I am almost sure he does because I said I live down the street and I see you drive by often (I thought I gave those flirting signs back to him for a while now also)………is he to shy……..am I just something to look at to pass the hours in the day for him…… maybe he is trying to find the right time…..maybe he never liked me to begin with and finds me ugly (but why keep looking at me or for me) One day I was sitting at the stop sign and he was turning the corner ever so slow and kept his head out the window looking at me and why drop whatever you are doing at the construction site and look right at me get into your truck then slowly drive by me and stare, why the constant looking at me or for me when he drives by my house (these are to name a few)….. …or ….maybe he is just CRAZY!!! I will never have my questions answered but I don’t regret what I did. I would of had those what if questions. I have never done anything like this before but at least I took the initiative. I know deep down in my heart nothing will ever happen and maybe it’s for the better so I am going to move on. Like you said if something ever happens …great….if not then move on. Next week is a new week and when he returns on Monday I will ignore him going forward. Even though flirting is ok its been going on to long with him especially when there is no verbal communication. I would like more than flirting in my life at my age.
