a couple days ago my ex told me to stop contacting him and kept hanging up the phone on me and hasnt talked to me since. he cheated and was disrespectful to me in the past. then last night (real late) he texted me “happy bday”. im wondering why he waited so late to text me since he texted me when my b day was almost over and also why did he text me happy b day at all since he told me to leave him alone a couple days ago?
Your ex boyfriend texted you Happy Birthday because he still has some feelings of civility towards you, but he waited until late at night because he didn’t want to be part of your big day. It was an after thought.
Don’t think too much about it. If he told you to get lost, then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for love.
