Hi April,

Been in a relationship about three years now and he keeps insisting that I give him my access to all my e-mail accounts (3 hotmail accounts, one for our corporation, one for “junk” mail and the other for general use.), my FaceBook account, and my cell phone records.

He says that since I won’t give him the passwords, that I must have something to hide. I say that I’m not hiding anything (and I’m not), that it’s called personal boundaries.

He says that everyone he talks to says I’m acting suspicious, yet everyone that I ask says that I am perfectly within my rights to refuse.

What is your (or anyone else’s) opinion on this????

It’s definitely not normal for your boyfriend to demand your passwords. Buckle up for trouble ahead. This isn’t going to lead anywhere good. 😕
