Dealing with a breakup is not an easy task to do. It takes so much effort that one cannot explain it in words. To forget someone very close to your heart is a real big deal. It is difficult but not an impossible thing. Here I have some solutions for this problem and after practicing them you would not feel any pain or grief about your love in your mind.

The first idea is to keep you busy in certain tasks. You can avail a job opportunity or help your mother in household. You can also work on flowering arrangements and decorating your house. There is no need to think about your lover. Whenever his thoughts come to your mind, divert your attention to some other thing. Forget all, like it was a nightmare. Do not feel sad and frustrated as frustration will have bad effects on your mind and ultimately you will feel sad.

Enjoy your time with your friends and family. Have fun with them and share your ideas and thoughts with them. If you are interested in some kind of art work then join a fashion designing institute and spend your time there. Learn different styles of dressing and interior designing. Listen to the music and learn to dance on the beat and have fun.

Call your friends to your home or else go to their home and play games on computer. Have a cup of tea with friends or bring soft drinks and chips to eat. Tell your friends about the work you learnt in school. Practice that work in home and have a lot of fun.

In the evening, take some money from your parents and go out for shopping in the market. Buy clothes, fruits and handicrafts for your home. Buy a small toy for your younger siblings. Go for swings if there is a fun land around. Make this trip a habit, once a week. Come to your home share the moments you spend in the market with your parents. This all will keep you out of the situation of being sad and frustrated.
