Should I ask her to go study?

So tomorrow morning is the last day of this class for me; I have been sitting next to a certain girl in the class all semester and I am considering asking her to study with me. She has been sitting right next to me all semester and we have been talking pretty regularly (all though just in class and after walking out). She doesn’t really talk to anyone else in that class and neither do I (only occasionally). I think she might be interested but I am unsure as I have misread signals like this before. Once I was in the same situation with another girl and I asked her to go study; it was clear to me that she was really surprised by the question and she sort of stepped around answering it… the situation I am in now feels better (we talk and laugh in class and she smiles at me a lot). We have our final next week and I was considering asking her to study with me for it (I’ve got one of the highest grades in the class so I am confident in the subject)…probably just by bringing the subject up while we are walking out from class and asking how she will be studying for it etc. and seeing her reaction before I decide to ask. I am worried that she might just be being polite and doesn’t want to be anything more than class friends…I feel like reading someone’s attraction to you in a class setting is much more difficult because most everyone tries to be friendly and nice in class. Should I ask her or am I misreading things…and if I should, then how should I ask her?

    Ask her out!

If you don’t, you may regret the missed opportunity. Best case, she’s thrilled you asked her. Worst case, she says no, and you still live. 🙂
