Dear april,
My bf and i have been together for almost a yr now. In the begining it was great. He was very romantic and great with my kids. He would leave me flowers at my doorstep text me every morning and say goodmorning and text me almost everyday to tell me how much he loves me and how great i am. We would cuddle and watch movies. Now he dont do any of that the kisses have even changed. I dont feel love from him anymore. For the first time i did the other night when we had a fire in which he didnt even sit by me. But then we came in watched a movie then things got intimate and after he looked into my eyes and said i love you and right then i felt it again and actually cried bit the next day it was fighting and back to not feeling his love fpr me. He is constantly fighting with me because i dont say anything to guys when they say stuff to me lile ypur legs look good in those jeans etc. Or even of someone that we know makes a”‘ joke saying something like that. He gets mad cause i talk to one of my exs when he comes to hamg out with us wich he is the one who introduced my bf and i. About two momths ago my phone broke so i was using his phone when i needed to and when i was using his phone i came accross a message from facebook to.him saying my bf and i broke up give me a call. So i looked in his call log and sure enough he called her but she must not uave answered cause the call timer was at

I wasnt able to quite finish my phone was acting up but he denies calling her and said he didnt call her.

The good news is that you know why he’s upset with you. Now, all you have to do is fix it! It doesn’t sound like he’s asking for anything you can’t or shouldn’t do, so my advice is to do what he wants if you want his affection back. 😉

For instance, if someone compliments your body, you can say, “My boyfriend appreciates it!” That lets the person flirting with you know that you’re taken and will make your boyfriend feel acknowledged. If your boyfriend doesn’t like you talking to your ex when he hangs out with the two of you, then my suggestion is that you don’t hang out with your ex. Let the two guys have their time together, but you find something else to do. 😉

As for finding a message he wrote to another woman, he was probably unhappy in the relationship with you and was looking for attention elsewhere. If things are good between the two of you, he won’t look elsewhere. 🙂

So him tryin to find affection from someone else even tho i try to give him affection everyday its ok? And to lie and say i didnt call her even tho its right in his phone.

This isn’t about being right or wrong. 😳 You asked me what to do, and if you want to make your relationship with him better, you have to look at the reasons it’s going off track.

Clearly, he’s looking for female attention elsewhere. If you want to berate him for this, you’re just going to make things worse. If you want to leave because of this, then you should just do it. But if you want to make things better, you need to work on the relationship and the reason for the behavior you’re seeing. His looking for female attention isn’t the problem — it’s the symptom. The problem is in your relationship with him. 😉
