You seem arrogant which tells me you are insecure about this guy. His actions are telling you everything you need to know. He likes a friends with benefits situation–what guy wouldn’t. However, trying to pressure him into the relationship will not work. If you think he will stop living like a pig-forget it. You will have to clean up after him so get ready. I find it quite unusual that you refer to him as an SOB, what endearing term does he use to describe you?

I am sure it will be hard to end it with this guy but it will not get any better. It is ridiculous to think you can be friends with guys. It is a slippery slope to spend times with the opposite sex, particularly if you are having problems. This guy sounds inconsiderate and it is his responsibility to make you feel comfortable with the situation you two have developed. You are too young to be living with someone. Keep him as a boyfriend and move out.

I am unsure of the circumstances but do you think it is a good idea to be dating your students? I would suggest you find someone outside of that environment and then you will not have to factor in the complications of being their teacher. If they look up to you for being their teacher I doubt that will have much longevity in a relationship.
