So I met this girl in class and decided i would talk to her. she actually approached me first, and she was very sweet. she recommended me some shows that were all based on romance. class ends at 11 and she would wait outside for me to come out of my next one. the first red flag was how she mentioned her ex alot. however, she told me that he was at one time very good to her but became distant and mean after they first had sex. after that, we continued hanging out, and there were small signs and more red flags. i noticed she had bought a new outfit the very next time we hung out together. she made a joke about her pubic hair in my dorm after i mentioned that women shouldnt be pressured about body hair. she even blatantly asked me what the rules were on sex in the dorm building. she continued mentioning her ex, however, and was kind of flirty with another guy in class. this kind of pushed me away. i started to make excuses about hanging out with her, and for a couple weeks we didnt really hang out. she asked me to walk her to her car and we started hanging out again. she now occasionally makes comments about not having a boyfriend (my mom asked if you were my boyfriend, wish i had a boyfriend to be like my maid and cater to me at home) however she always follows these statements up with something like “but i dont have time for that”. her mom calls while we were hanging out and she always says “the guy i told you about thats really nice to me”. what is she thinking?
