Hi April! I’ve got a boy problem and I wanted to ask for your opinion 🙂
I met this guy at a family event, we liked each other, made eye-contact and shared smiles. He seemed cute and rather shy, he didn’t dare to ask me to dance. Later, i was the one who took initiative and danced with him. We talked a lot and then we kissed. The problem is that he lives in another country but comes frequently to mine. I don’t want a proper relationship, i don’t even think i’m falling for him. We talked on facebook at the beggining, private messages. He said he really likes me etc. Then he didn’t answer for a week… He finally told me that we lost his phone (?) , then he suffered a bad injury (?). He didn’t answer for another week, then his b’day came and i told him happy BDay and he promised me a long message in which he would explain everything. But that message did not come ! And 5 days have passed since then. What should i think/do? I don’t want to push him and i realise he’s kind of a player.. but he intrigues and frustrates me! that’s the point,right? how can i play him too?

I may add that our age is 18, so i’m not a dating expert… and i don’t know what to think ..
Please answer me..with your honest opinion and advice me !

It sounds like he’s an 18 year old boy who isn’t ready for a real relationship and is more interested in whatever is in front of him than what’s a country away — or even a phone call away. He’s probably very interested in you when you’re in his vicinity (and by vicinity, I don’t mean country — I mean the same room!), but he’s not motivated to follow up or initiate contact.
