Not Sure What To Do
Okay so my problem is very complicated!! I’m having an affair with my Boss/Manager .. Sounds worst then what it is.. Okay so I Have been with the company that I’m with for almost a year and a half. We started the affair about 3months ago.. I’m the assisting manager and I I’m very good at my job I didn’t bone my way to where I am.. I’m actually very career driven.. Just wanted to throw that out there because I already know I’m being pre judged.. A little back ground Information he’s 48 years old I’m 25 he doesn’t look a day over 30..almost like working with Denzel Or LL Cool J.. I was trying to play it professional from the beginning until about 3months ago we both have been trying to play it cool since I started working with the company but the sexual tension was just to thick.. On day after work I ran into him at a local bar.. Mind you we have never chilled after work so it was different and we where both excited to see each other and the drinking didn’t help.. We danced and from the night fourth he has been pretty hooked to me.. The next time we worked together he was telling me how much fun he had and we sound go out sometime outside of work.. I was hesitate to go so I brush him off for about 3days.. Then one day he called me to his office and he had this look in his eye that just had me so turned on had me ready for whatever.. He did some things to me in that office that Really had me hot and ready.. By him being the oldest man I have ever been with he was doing things that men my age where to ashamed to do for the first time.. There was no shame in his game..and none for me in that case either.. We probably would have had sex if it’s wasn’t for clients.. Lol.. So I got up rearranged my cloths and hair and was at work floating.. I knew we where going to have sex that night.. Later on he picked me up and we had some steamy things going on that night.. The next day he was asking me to me his girlfriend.. Lol.. I was like hold up I thought this was just a sex thing.. I told him I wanted to roll with the flow keep it on the low until we figured out something.. Remind you he is a bonafide PLAYA !! So I wasn’t expecting for him to say that I just knew it was just going to be a Sex thing.. it caught me off guard big time.. After we started having sex I saw a sweeter side of him.. By him beginning the boss he has to be firm so I didn’t think he had a sweet side to him.. Lol. Sex was better then good I just didn’t want to lead him in the wrong direction so I cut back the sex and and was avoiding him more and more because my emotion where starting to get confused.. I started noticing he was coming to work looking stress and sad a lot more lately.. He’s a well groomed man and he wasn’t coming to work with his hair cut as normal I didn’t realize the effect of me cutting sex off with him would have on him.. Because I honesty thought it was just sex.. So a few days later we had a heart to heart talk because he thought I was mad at him.. I explained how I felt and we made an agreement to not put more pressure on ourselves then we needed to.. So here is the big kicker.. We have a small staff of 4 employees one of the employee that only works on Fridays Saturday and Sunday.. He has a little crush on me and I like him as a person not in a sexual way just a friendly way he used to be an ex stripper so he’s always playing around and dancing on me and I’m cool with because it’s all fun and games but now he’s starting to catch some type of feelings that I’ve notice so I’ve been trying keep it kosher with him and remind you he knows nothing about me and the boss sleeping together.. So it gets awkward for me sometimes.. So just few weekends ago Ex Stripper was jokily dancing behind be and the boss walked in and stripper jumped because he was shocked.. Which made it seem like we where doing something that we weren’t doing.. My Boss had this very hurt look on his face as if I betrayed him.. I felt kinda bad but it was beyond my control.. This is what I was trying to avoid.. Now Boss is not speaking to me unless it’s work related.. And I can’t really find the words to say because I didn’t really do anything wrong.. What should I do?? Keep it how it is or try and reach out..

Please keep in mind I don’t sleep around this is the first time I’ve been involve in anything like this.. I’m starting to miss him and he has it worked so we work only one day By ourselves which is on a Thursday.. I really just wanna talk to him and see where his head is at and because I don’t like the tension between us.. Any suggestion?

It sounds like you want to clear the air with your boss, and I think you should. Ask him if he’d like to meet for coffee or drinks outside of the office, and use that opportunity to talk to him about what happened, and why you feel so badly about it. 😉
