Hi April,
I need some advise. In September of 2010 we had our 30yr class reunion and it was so much fun. On Saturday night I was leaving and one of my friends asked me to spend the night with him. I was floored and surprised. A little backstory back in Jr. High I had such a crush on him,I would talk to him just to talk to him and we used to dance at our school dances and we played in orchestra since Jr. High and through high school. My crush has never stopped, even through his marriage he’s divorced. We are having sex, and he is incredibly sweet but I am in love with him, I think.I can’t believe he likes me enough to be with me.I don’t know what to do. I always wanted him to be my boyfriend. How do I handle this I want to tell him that I’m in love with him, but I’m scared to tell him.
Oh yeah we live 3 hours away from each other.

Don’t tell him you love him first! Men want to be in charge of this area of the relationship. If you take that opportunity for him to say it first, away from him, he won’t feel as good about the relationship and himself, as he will if he gets to be the leader in this regard.

Read Think & Date Like A Man, for more on this subject and other tips to make sure your relationship goes where you want it to. 😉 You can buy the book on the websites for Barnes & Noble and Amazon or right here: https://www.askapril.com/relationship-dating-advice/think-and-date-like-a-man.html.

I hope that helps and that you’ll follow me @AskAprilcom on Twitter and on Facebook at this link: .
