I met a guy on line and we got on really well, we would talk for hours on the phone, we went on 2 dates, I told him I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with him until I knew him better and he accepted this. During one of our marathon phone calls we discussed sleeping with each other, but we were unable to meet up. He then said he was going to try to meet me last sat ( we live in different countries) but I haven’t heard from him, I think I did slightly more of the chasing, but every time I stopped he would initiate contact, I haven’t contacted him, as I refuse to be a complete doormat, but I am quite confused, we got on so well

You have to be open to the possibility that he isn’t that interested in you, or that he was just looking for sex. The best way to figure this out is to see if he chases you. If he does, he’s still in the game. If he doesn’t, he’s not. Also, understand that it’s very possible he’s dating other people — the two of you met online, live in different countries, and after two dates, he’s apparently lost interest. None of this is catastrophic. It just points to his not being all that interested.

My advice is that you not focus so much on someone who’s not calling, and do focus on anyone else who’s out there, is interested and wants to chase after you to win you over. 😉

He is quite well off, so if it was just sex he was after, I think he would have come to meet me, and although I didn’t sleep with him, he still contacted me and would spend hours on the phone, but your right if he likes me he will call, we spoke for 2 and a half hours on theb26 dec, and our dates were the 6 th and 7 th of dec and we got on better after the dates as we spent hours on the phone talking about everything and anything, but I refuse to chase him .
