So my boyfriend and I have been together for a month. We have been together before (last time it was for 4 months) and that was a year ago. We’ve both changed and matured so much and we really love each other.
But recently, he stopped kissing me.
He revealed to me that he hates kissing and only does it for me. Now, he does just for foreplay or because he knows how much I love it. Well, up until this point I loved it but now when he kisses me all I can’t think about is how unenjoyable it is for him and results in it being a losey kiss, to say the least. Same goes for something else.
We were calling each other ‘babe’ and ‘baby’ but he also told me he doesn’t like being called or calling me that either. So he stopped, and so have I.
In a sense, I could see how it could look to you like he’s becoming less interested in me, but we still do all sorts of other stuff. Sexual acts, hold hands, cuddle, go out…its just missing one of my favourite parts; the kissing and name calling. I’ve only ever dated him so I don’t have any experience on the subject to aid myself into finding the answer.
What should I do? Do I tell him not to suck it up for me? Do I call him names anyway and hope he gets used to it? Do I kiss him and not consider him at all and hope he just gets used to it? I don’t want to be inconsiderate, I love him. Please help.
