Recently, I met a guy at my friend’s birthday party and he has been texting me. He is 26 and I’m 25. He is really nice and funny but I don’t feel any sparks or romantic connection with him. I want to be honest and let him know I’m not interested in anything more than friends but I don’t want to hurt his feelings.I never been good at rejecting people and I’m worried if I say nothing, he will keep pursuing me but if I say too much, I might seem harsh. How can I politely let him down while being clear and respectful?
