well 6 years back i dated this girl,we were together for 7-8 months.then i left the city and we had no contact with each other till now. One day i got a call from her and she explained how she had searched for me.Well now we have been talking on the phone for some time.But the problem is that now when i tell her that i want a serious relation she does’nt belive me and as we dont live in the same city its hard for me to prove how sorry iam and hw much i love her and that i had loved her back then aswell and it was because of that love that i did’nt contact her and as i was just 15 back then and didnt know what to do so i thought that it will be better if we forget each other and continue with our lives,but she did not and kept looking for me and i love her even more for that.
Please i dont know what to do,how do i show how sorry iam and how much i love her

I think you’re jumping the gun. Since you dated when you were 15 years old, for 8 months, and have been out of contact for 6 years now, it’s inappropriate to tell her you want a serious relationship. It’s too intense when you haven’t seen each other for 6 years now. What [i]is[/i] appropriate, however, is to start dating her, and to let her get to know you, and you, her. If you do start dating then she can get to figure out who you are NOW and if she can trust you again, and if the casual dating will lead to something more intense in the future. So slow down and ask her out for dinner and a movie — just for fun, and to get back together again for a date. Just a date.
