For me, it’s not a good idea for you to be the one initiating and asking him out—that’s not something women usually do, and for me, it can be a turn-off for guys. It might make men see the woman differently in a lesser way if she’s the one making the move.
It’s probably better to just show small signs that you like him, but still let him be the one to make the move. For example, if it’s about going on a date, let him be the one to ask, so you can also see if he truly likes you.
