I’m in 12th grade and about 3 weeks ago my brother had his lacrosse end of season pizza party where the coaches handed out awards and stuff like that. So I hadn’t really been that many of his games that season but I decided to go to the pizza party and almost immediately I noticed this cute guy who looked about my age. I noticed that he kept turning around and looking at me (maybe it was becasue I was wearing an oversized sweatshirt and no makeup) but I just kind of ignored it. We sort of talked during the pizza party but it was in a group, not directly. It wasn’t until after that I realized he was a senior that goes to my school and I happen to play lacrosse with his sister who’s a year younger than me. Within the last couple weeks I’ve seen him more in the hallways at school and occasionally I’ll be walking behind him and I notice that he turns his head to the side a lot when he talking or listening to his friend (at least 20 times in less than 2 minutes) and I’m pretty sure he’s looking at me. I think he’s really cute and I’ve heard he’s a nice guy so I would definitely go out with him if he asked. We also have some common interests so I feel that we would have a lot to talk about if we ever started to talk. Am I just being paranoid since I have a crush on him or do you think he actually might be interested in me?

I do think he’s interested in you. My advice is to give him a hint that you like him, so he can feel more confident about asking you out. 😉 Flirting is a great way to let a guy know you’re interested in him. Smile at him, laugh at his jokes, compliment him, be interested in what he says and does — and he’ll get the message. 😎
