I have a friend that I just met. He’s engage. And I just broke up with my bf because he didn’t treat me right. But my friend who is 23 doesn’t know I just broke up with my bf. I’m 19. But he confuses me a lot. The first day i met him at school, he then send me a text saying it was nice hanging out with me and that im cute. 2 days later we were talking on the phone (we do sometimes) and he asked me if I would go out with him if I didn’t have a bf. He said he wasn’t asking me out but he was just asking if I would date him. I said I don’t know because I had a bf. sometimes when I text him he won’t reply so much just like 3 replys. Is he into me?

He’s into you as much as a guy who’s engaged to marry someone else is into you. 😕 A 23 year old guy who says he’s not asking you out, but just doing research to find out if you’d say yes if he did ask you out, is looking for ways to stoke his ego and maybe create drama. I bet you can find someone who’s a lot more secure and confident — and available!
