We have been on five dates. The last one she invited me to her house to meet her daughters. When I left, no hug and noone was around and still we have not kissed. We are in our forties. Is she just playing friends?
She may not have wanted to show you any affection in front of her children — that’s not such a big deal at this stage in your relationship, but after five dates, it would seem that there would have been at least a kiss. Did you try to kiss her? And if you did, did she pull away, or refuse to kiss back?

She had me over for dinner recently and at the end she gave me a hug. And no I have not tried to kiss her. She had a bad relationship not long ago and she said she moved to fast and it got ugly and that she wanted to take it slow.
Wait — you’re wondering if she’s playing hard to get…. but you haven’t tried to kiss her? 😯 If you don’t make a move, how do you think the kiss will happen? Answer: it won’t. She’s not playing hard to get — you’re just not making a move. It’s time. 😉

Things have been great and yes there has been the hello and goodby kiss everytime we see each other. She has told everyone about us and we talk about what we are going to do this summer. She says she enjoys our time together and has a lot of fun. Maybe because I am a guy, but no sex. We have been together for a couple of months now. I guess I am just trying to rush things a little.
