So my bestfriend, Dakota, her ex boyfriend,Luke, asked me out. Dakota is still caught up on Luke even though she knows they were gonna break up(they have been on&off for 2 years) and I have liked Luke for maybe 8 months now and he’s always liked me he told me a year ago he liked me. So Luke and Dakota were back together at the begining of the school year and then they broke up in september and I was dating this Grant kid then so Luke didnt have much of a chance. Grant was getting all mad at me so we broke up and when we broke up Luke was back with Dakota. Dakota and I were science partners at the time and she confessed to me that she was scared that Luke was gonna break up with her for me and my response bein the good friend I am said Dakota you know i like Luke but trust me as long as you still have feelings for him I wont date him she said Yea but if he breaks up with me I wont have anyone and I said Dakota you have Liam, Gavin, Brantin, and Daymon who want to date you I’m sure you will survive and she got all mad at me. So then Luke and Dakota broke up I knew he was going to cuz he tells me everything and he said after this hes done with her so I was like sooo who ya gonna date and hes like I gotta few girls in mind. Then a 2 weeks after this its halloween and me and Luke go trick or treating together we go and Macho Man Randy Savage and Queen Elizabeth(yea we are wrestling geeks) and we run into Dakota(STALKER) and hes like hey Luke wanna be my boyfriend and Luke is like HELL YEA and it was right there in front of me! GR!!! The week after me and Luke were walking and Im like Sooo How Are You and Kota? and hes like Uhhhh Im about to break up with her. and im like Soooo who ya gonna date after? hes like Well she’s my best friend. I say Kayla? he says No. Then I keep guessing names and he say YOU IDIOT ITS YOU and im like Ohhhh Really(i knew it was me) and hes like Answer Please! and im like NO YOU ARE A HOBO and hes like WHAT?!? and im like kidding its a yes.
So he went home Dakota texted and asked me to walk around with her and we walked passed Luke’s house and his friend comes out and he yells YO Dakota BABY come here and i just get all like crap and so T.J. yells Dakota ur lil boy toy wanted me to tell ya its over and Kota just grabs my arm and pulls me to the corner and I see tears and of course I hug her and so I walk her home and then walk over to Lukes and Im like Dude You Really hurt her and hes like yea well i got a better girl and he hugs me and im just all like I dont know if i should date you i mean shes my best friend and hes like okay ill give you a week.
A few days pass and Dakota comes running up to me and shes like LUKE ASKED ME OUT and im like oh yay so what r ya gonna do when you guys break up and she gets all mad and I didnt talk to Luke or Dakota for like 3 days. Oh Guess what they broke up and now Luke is trying to date me again.

Should I say Yes Or No? like I said Dakota is one of my best friends and Luke is My Biggest Crush.

I’d say no. Luke may be your biggest crush, but he’s all over the place, and if you agree to date him, it won’t last long, given what you’ve told me his break up rate is! And you’re going to destroy the friendship you have with your girlfriend.

If he seemed like a guy with a lot of character, I’d have a different answer, but he’s all over the map. You’re just going to be another conquest for him, and the price you’ll pay is too high.
