ok this is diffuct, i am seperated from my husband and the last time i saw him was 2 years ago when i visited him in north carolina where he lived . Since then i have not been able to locate him and his family wont cooperate so i can deal with getting a divorce, not to mention resolving a irs issue that hes made a mess of. I live in california and i desperately need to talk with him . Dont get me wrong i miss him from time to time but im over him completely , i think hes hiding from his responisabilty of getting our marriage desolved. Please help me with some advise

You’re asking me for legal advice, and I can only give you relationship advice! What I suggest is that you go to the court where you filed your legal separation papers, and ask for help. There is a way to get divorced legally if your husband is not available to be served with papers, but you have to get the details from an attorney or a court clerk.

As for the IRS, they have an 800 number that you can call and ask them for their advice. You can look up IRS on the internet or in the phone book and find that number.
