Dina and I have been friends for a long time. We’ve known each other since childhood, through college and even now that we’re both working. We both work at the same staffing company.

She always waits for me after work so we can walk home together. She tells me that I’m kind and that my future girlfriend will be lucky because I’m a gentleman. She gives me a lot of compliments.

Now I feel like I’m slowly falling for her because it seems like she’s the only person who truly sees all my good qualities.

What I want to know now is:
What are the signs a woman is emotionally attracted to me?

For me, the signs that a woman is emotionally attracted to you are when she gives you her time. For example, you can have meaningful conversations, she agrees when you ask her out, she replies quickly when you text her, and even when she sees your bad side, she still likes you. She accepts you whether you show your good side or your bad side to her.

If you’re already falling for her, it would be better if you’re the one to find out. You’re a guy anyway—why don’t you invite her out? That’s where you can start courting her, and you’ll see if she’s also emotionally attracted to you.

But if she isn’t, that’s really the purpose of courting—you find out. If you truly like her, you’ll make an effort. You’ll invest time, and even money if needed, and do what it takes.

I think what she’s showing is one of the signs that she may have feelings for you. If you’re already starting to fall for her, then it might be easier for you to take the first step and ask her out on a date since you’re already close with each other. So while it’s still early, try inviting her on a date and show her that you have feelings for her and that you’re interested in something more serious. Because she might actually just be waiting for you to make the first move.
