My ex and I just recently started seeing each other again and after 4 years together, he finally told me that he loved me. I have been going to counseling and requested that he go with me, and he exploded. He said that he was furious with me for trying to force that “bs” on him. Now he won’t talk to me or respond to my text messages. It was really just a suggestion for us to work on our communication problems but he wont talk to me for me to explain that and to work through this. What do I do??

Apologize for insulting him and use your counseling sessions for your own issues. He’s clearly not interested in participating.
